You will be making Facsuits, being paid $20 per hour [USD] to make Facsuits, according to the instructions on the Facsuit.com website, and any special instructions that you receive from the Facsuit seller who hires you [“Hirer”]. You can do this at home, working the schedule as you and Hirer agree.
Training videos on how to make Mens’s and Women’s Facsuits are provided in the Seller Intro section of the Facsuit.com website. Limited human assistance is available by Support@Facsuit.com. The instruction is step by step and easy to follow. As a final step of your job application, you will need to demonstrate that you can properly make a Facsuit, presenting a sample you have made to the Hirer.
You will be responsible for buying, repairing and replacing your own equipment. The suggested available items you will need are identified in the Resources section of Facsuit.com. The supplies needed to make Facsuits are the jackets, shirts/blouses, ties, cardboard, labels, shipping and storage bags and boxes, staples, and related items, and will be paid for by the Hirer. According to the agreement you make with your Hirer, either the Hirer will provide all of the supplies including the clothing to be used in making a Facsuit, or you will be reimbursed for your time and expense in acquiring what is not so provided.
If you are also shopping for clothing to convert to Facsuits, you must confirm with your Hirer in advance the time limits you will spend in travel and shopping, since you are paid for that time. You may purchase from thrift stores, garage sales, friends and relatives, online, or other sources permitted by the Hirer. The Hirer will direct you what to buy: men’s or women’s, size, color, style and price, the colors of the matching shirts or blouses, and ties. Depending on your demonstrated skill in matching colors of the fabrics, the Hirer may grant you more discretion in selecting the clothing to buy and make into Facsuits. Unless the Hirer agrees otherwise, you must show the Hirer what you purchased, present receipts for what was spent, and make your recommendations for matching of the clothing to be converted to a Facsuit. The Hirer will inspect the clothing you bought for quality and compliance with the directions you received. Unless the Hirer agrees otherwise, the inventory of all clothing purchased will be kept by the Hirer until it is selected to make a Facsuit.
The Hirer will set a budget to spend, for which you will be compensated; spending beyond that budget will not be compensated, but you will own those extra items beyond the budget. Depending on your agreement with the Hirer, either you will be given money in advance to buy the clothing or you will be reimbursed for what you have bought when you deliver it for inspection. The Hirer will own the clothing you bought once you are paid.
You will need to bring your finished Facsuits to the Hirer. If you choose to work remotely, such as at home, your time and expense to bring the completed Facsuits to the Hirer to get paid and return is not compensated. If your workmanship is defective, you will be required to correct it, so that the Facsuit is sellable. If your workmanship continues to be less than the Hirer requires, you can be terminated from employment.
You will be paid by PayPal, unless otherwise agreed with the Hirer, so you will need to set up an account to receive that money, and link it to your bank. Any profit from the sale of the Facsuits you have made will not be shared with you, and will entirely be for the benefit of the Hirer. You may be employed by more than one Hirer, if you agree. You are permitted to limit your Hirers to those whom you choose and are not required to accept the employment by any Hirer. You are not prohibited from becoming a Hirer or Seller, yourself, or becoming a business partner with the Hirer, if you so choose.
By agreeing to these terms, you are offering your services to Facsuit.com and to any other Facsuit sellers with whom you may choose to work. You will be contacted by Hirers using the information below. Upon hiring, you will disclose your Social Security number to the Hirer, and complete the necessary tax forms, so that the Hirer may properly report payments to you and fulfill other legal requirements of an employer. Complete the information below and submit to accept these terms of employment.
